Equipment is the "lifeline" of modern production enterprises, while maintenance workers serve as the "guardians" of this lifeline.
To ensure the professionalism and fairness of the competition, a special preparatory working group was established, inviting senior experts and technical backbones from various subsidiaries to form the judging panel. Based on national vocational skill standards and actual enterprise requirements, detailed competition rules and scoring criteria were formulated.
For the theoretical test design, it covers fundamental theoretical knowledge including mechanical principles and equipment maintenance, while incorporating cutting-edge industry technologies and innovative concepts. The practical project scenarios were designed to highly restore real working environments.
Additionally, the organizers prepared sufficient equipment, tools and consumables, while conducting safety inspections and optimizations of the competition venue, creating an excellent competitive environment for all participants.
During the competition, participants from various subsidiaries of the group demonstrated high morale and enthusiasm. The judging panel strictly adhered to the principles of fairness, justice and transparency, conducting comprehensive assessments of participants' performance according to the scoring criteria.
For theoretical evaluation, a double-marking and cross-verification system was implemented to ensure scoring accuracy. In practical assessments, judges were assigned to closely monitor each participant, evaluating multiple dimensions including operational standards, technical proficiency, completion time, and safety compliance. Every operational detail was carefully observed and recorded. For any disputed issues, the judging panel promptly convened meetings for collective discussion based on competition rules and actual circumstances to ensure objective and fair judgments.
After intense competition, Li Yongmin from Moris Technology won the first prize. Wang Dongsheng from Sunrial New Materials and Yang Shengliang from Moris Technology were awarded second prizes. Wu Qingjun, Wu Guangjian and Yang Quanlin from Sunrial New Materials received third prizes.
This maintenance technician skills competition was not merely a contest of technical abilities, but also a grand occasion for learning and exchange. Through the competition, participants identified their own shortcomings while learning from others' strengths, achieving collective progress. Meanwhile, the event helped the enterprise select a group of highly skilled professionals with excellent qualities, providing strong support for efficient equipment operation and safe production.
Looking ahead, the group will continue to use skills competitions as an important approach to promote craftsmanship spirit, foster a culture that respects and values technical skills, and continuously refine professional competencies. By helping employees achieve career growth through skill development, the group will strengthen its skilled workforce and inject innovative momentum to drive high-quality development in the industry.
