To further enhance the professional technical capabilities of electrical personnel and inspire employees' enthusiasm for learning and improving their skills, Moris Group successfully held the third event of its 2025 Employee Vocational Skills Competition—the Electrician Competition—on the morning of May 27. This competition attracted elite electricians from various subsidiaries of the Group, who engaged in intense skill contests on the field.
The competition consisted of schematic diagram creation, main circuit installation, circuit control, and debugging segments, with a focus on evaluating participants' practical operation skills and problem-solving abilities. The test questions were closely aligned with daily work operations.
At the competition site, participants in neat work uniforms demonstrated high spirits and strong competitive drive. Fully concentrated on their tasks, they skillfully utilized various electrical tools to perform complex wiring and troubleshooting operations in a methodical manner. Their standardized and swift movements fully showcased their solid professional foundation and exceptional operational expertise.
The successful hosting of this electrician competition has not only provided a platform for the Group's electricians to showcase their skills and exchange knowledge, but has also fostered a positive atmosphere of "competing, learning, catching up, helping, and surpassing" within the company. Through this competition, employees' skill levels have been effectively enhanced, promoting deeper integration between employee competencies and corporate development, while injecting new vitality into the enterprise's high-quality growth.
